Just as it should be "made on the farm" from Milk supplied by our own Dairy herd "fresh double cream from a local independent dairy" and using only the best natural ingredients.
We milk our cows twice a day and we will use this milk to make our ice cream within 24 hours. It is then packed by hand the next day.
The combination of fresh milk and fresh cream makes ours a delicious ice cream so much so that we have not altered our recipe for 30 years.
Uniquely a different member of the family is involved in the production of the milk, the making of the ice cream and finally in the distribution.
Our ice cream is available in retail stores in our one litre and 120ml packs. We also supply ice cream parlours, restaurants and hotels in larger sizes
