We milk our cows twice a day and we will use this milk to make our ice cream within 24 hours. It is then packed by hand the next day.
The combination of fresh milk and fresh cream makes ours a delicious ice cream so much so that we have not altered our recipe for 25 years.
Uniquely a different member of the family is involved in the production of the milk, the making of the ice cream and finally in the distribution.
We also offer a range of excellent fruit sorbets and a quality non dairy ice cream that nevertheless uses our milk.
